Jamie Berger Katz is a wiz at problem solving. Her personalized technology services/computer support have been a godsend for me for many years. Anytime I have a glitch, a virus, or any problem that I can't handle myself, my first call is to Jamie. She is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and so pleasant to work with. I can't think of one instance where she could not handle my computer issue. She can often work with you remotely which is a huge bonus. I recently upgraded to a new laptop and she did the entire transfer for me. She even helped me decide which new model would be best for my needs. Jamie also worked on my previous upgrade, five years ago, and the results were the same. I can't say enough good things about Jamie, there is nothing she can't handle. She is a true gem!

I have had Jamie help me for years with technology. She helped me get my business online, get my finances off paper and onto a computer and has continued to teach, correct and fix any issue that arises. With efficiency and a sense of urgency she has always been available to get me back in business when I feel I am stranded and at a stand still. It has been said before, but worth repeating. Jamie Berger Katz is not only a genius but also lovely and did not judge me for my lack of technological knowledge nor vast amount of trashy TV that I have downloaded from iTunes. If you have tech problems contact her.November 2016

A few days ago I posted that I needed a computer clean-up and I hired Jamie to do the job. Even though my MAC is old, it is now quicker, viruses gone and my scanner is working again and so is my fax. Jamie also cleaned up my daughter's laptop which had a nasty virus. Jamie didn't leave until my checklist of problems were addressed. Her fee was very reasonable. If you need a computer clean-up, I highly recommend Jamie.
